Refund Policy

The short version: every piece is made just for you, so we can’t take change-of-mind returns — but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we’ll remake it or refund you in full, your choice. We want it perfect on your wall.

Every Gallara piece is made to order — printed, framed, and finished specifically for you. Because of that, we handle returns a little differently from mass-stock retailers. This policy explains when you can cancel, return, or request a replacement.

Made-to-order items

As each artwork is produced individually once you order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for an incorrect choice of size, frame, or material. Please double-check your selections before completing checkout — our size guide and frame guide make it easy to choose with confidence. Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Cancellations and changes

Orders move into production quickly, usually within 24 hours. If you need to cancel or change an order, get in touch through our contact page as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before production begins. Once a piece has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We stand fully behind the quality of every piece. If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match what you ordered, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

To start a claim, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item showing the issue
  • Photos of the packaging it arrived in

Please keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved. There is no need to return a damaged or defective item unless we ask you to.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed, it can take a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or that go unclaimed, may incur a re-shipping fee.
