The short version: made to order in 2–3 business days, then on your doorstep in another 3–7 business days in the US (7–20 internationally), tracked the whole way.
Every Gallara piece is made to order and shipped worldwide. Here is what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives on your wall.
Production time
Every Gallara piece is printed and framed in the USA. Because each artwork is produced individually for you, please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships. Larger sets and framed pieces can occasionally take a little longer during busy periods.
Shipping & delivery
We ship to nearly every country in the world. Once your order leaves production, delivery times vary by destination and the method available at checkout:
- United States: approximately 3–7 business days after production.
- International: approximately 7–20 business days after production, depending on the destination and local customs.
These are estimates rather than guarantees — transit can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, and peak periods. Total time to your door is production time plus transit time.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way.
Packaging
Your work is packed to arrive in perfect condition — prints are protected in rigid packaging and framed pieces are cushioned and boxed. Everything ships under the Gallara name.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order, so you will always see the cost before you pay.
Customs, duties & taxes
US orders never incur import fees — your art is printed domestically. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit
If your order is significantly delayed, does not arrive, or shows up damaged, please get in touch through our contact page and we will help track it down or arrange a replacement. See our Refund Policy for how we handle damaged items.
